For Sales-led B2B Businesses Ready to See What They Have Been Missing

I’m Susan Tyson. I work with owners of sales-led B2B businesses, usually between $3M and $30M in revenue, to find the revenue that is slipping through the space between their marketing and their sales. Most companies think they have a sales problem or a marketing problem. More often it is a coordination problem, and it’s costing them deals they never see.

After forty years across corporate, agency, and consulting roles, I have learned that the gap is almost always in the same place. Marketing builds a polished message the sales team can’t use. Leads come in and nobody knows what to say to them. Both teams work hard, just not together.

I turn corporate messaging into language salespeople can actually use, connect marketing to pipeline, and make sure every marketing dollar has a clear path to a closed deal.

I'm Susan Tyson, a Revenue Growth Advisor helping small B2B businesses find and fix The Revenue Blind Spot, the place where marketing and sales disconnect and revenue slips through unseen.

How I Work

I start by finding the blind spot, then I help you close it. Depending on what you need, that can be a short, focused engagement on one specific gap, a complete growth plan built over three weeks, or an ongoing partnership where I own the space between marketing and sales month to month.

  • Find where revenue is slipping through the gap between marketing and sales

  • Translate brand messaging into sales-ready language your team uses in the room

  • Connect marketing activity to pipeline so every dollar has a path to a closed deal

  • Keep both functions aligned and accountable to revenue

Where that starts depends on what you need.

I’m the author of Marketing Without the Nonsense and The Marketing Audit Guide, along with other titles for business owners who want marketing that drives revenue.

Clarity is usually the unlock. Once you can see where revenue is slipping through, the fix is almost always simpler than you expected.

If you suspect revenue is slipping through and you can’t quite see where, let’s talk. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
